It’s funny as a kid, you always dreamt of what you wanted to be when you grew up. When I was 7, I finally figured that out. I wanted to cook. That’s all I knew. I set goals of going to the Central Pennsylvania Institute of Science & Technology for culinary arts and that’s where my career as a chef began. From there I learned what it meant to be a “chef” and moved on to attend the world’s premier culinary school, The Culinary Institute of America In Hyde Park, New York. I graduated in 2014 with my associate’s degree in culinary arts. From there I got a job at an award-winning restaurant and was shown the wonderful world of catering! That’s where my passion for catering began.
